Editorial Guidelines: Our Focus
Relevance: The content of the guest post should be relevant to the website\’s niche and audience. Ensure that the guest post is informative, useful, and adds value to the readers.
Originality: The content should be original and not published elsewhere. The guest post should not contain any plagiarized content.

Length: The guest post should be at least 1500 words in length. Ensure that the content is well-organized, with subheadings and bullet points where necessary.
Images: Include high-quality images that are relevant to the content. Ensure that the images are properly credited and sourced.
Links: The guest post should contain relevant links to sources, references, or other resources. Avoid over-linking or including spammy links.
Author bio: Include a brief author bio at the end of the post, with a link to the author\’s website or social media profiles.
Promotion: The guest post should not be overly promotional or sales-oriented. Its primary goal should be to educate, inform, or entertain the audience.
Type of Posts We Accept
- Your article should follow the US English writing style.
- If you have mentioned research or analysis taken from another source, please provide a link to that source. Only use credible sources, including research studies and significant publications.
- You can send images and infographics you feel should be included with your article.
- Please mention the image source and make sure it is not copyrighted, and share the image as per our editorial guidelines.
- We hate plagiarism. If an author submits plagiarised content, we will reject that content and block that person from our platform for future submissions.
- Please have the first two links in every post point to relevant internal Oneskai content related to your topic.
- If your post is a non-sponsored, non-affiliated product review, you need to add disclosure at the top or bottom of the post.
- If you use a quote within an article, you may only link to their Twitter handle unless previously approved by our editorial staff.
- Please do not overly self-promote your own business. Our editors remove an article that seems too promotional. You can sponsor your article on our website for a minimum fee (please see below for more details). Oneskai can help present your brand, products, tools, and services to a wide range of audiences.
- Our editorial team reserves to right to add rel=\”nofollow\” to any link or remove a link attached to anchor text or images before or after publication.
- Buying, selling, or trading links that appear in posts are strictly prohibited. We will reject them all.
Content Formatting
- Try to make your title short and impressive with one focus key phrase.
- Provide an impressive meta description within 154 characters with the primary key phrase.
- We allow a maximum of 2-4 external links in an article. External links should be from well-respected sources (DA more than 70), relevant, and regarded as a high authority domain.
- Please do not include affiliate links, referral links, redirect chain links, cloaked URLs, or links with tracking codes – all will be removed.
- Use the primary keyword in your content at least in a balanced manner (1.8% to 2%).
- Please refrain from keyword spamming.
- If you are using quotes, then you have to cite the source appropriately.
- If a link in the post is not valuable to the reader, it\’ll be removed.
- We do NOT accept grey niche links.
- We reserve the right to remove every and all link in every post. We rarely do this, but occasionally we do.
Article Length
- We like to have articles that range from 1,500 to 3,000 words.
- Our editors like long-form posts that provide more relevant information that readers can use.
Use of Images
- If you share an image, our featured image size is 1280 x 720 pixels.
- The internal image size is 660 x 372 pixels.
- Provide more relevant images, graphics, and stats with proper links to the source.
- In most events, we use our image sources to avoid copyright issues. If you are sharing your image, please make sure you are the legal owner of it. Or you can share the image link of free photo services like Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexel, etc., or else we will use our own.
- Do not use charts, graphs, or illustrations from other websites unless you have permission to use it.
- We do not accept images with a brand logo or external links displayed on them.
Your Acceptance of Our Terms
- By submitting your article, you grant us the right to adapt/edit your article to the Oneskai style.
- The Oneskai editorial team may also correct your text grammatically and change its structure.
- Oneskai reviews each piece of content to ensure it maintains an editorial view & tone.
- We don’t guarantee that we will publish your submission, but we will review it and make a yes/no decision.
- You also understand that the content will be solely published on the Oneskai website, and Oneskai does not pay for guest posts.
- Oneskai has the right to reject content after review.
- You assure us the content is not copied from other sources.
- The images, graphics, or illustrations you provide are not copyrighted work.
