About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction
- Nurture client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or web development sales is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and MS Office
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and web development concepts
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient — comfortable handling rejection and working toward targets
