About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to lead our organic search efforts. You will be responsible for improving search rankings, driving high-quality organic traffic, and ensuring our web properties are optimized for the latest search engine algorithms (SEO/AEO/GEO).
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix crawlability and indexability issues
- Manage on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, and content structure
- Develop and execute sustainable link-building and digital PR strategies
- Monitor GSC, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting
- Expertise in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, Schema markup, Site architecture)
- Experience with local SEO and international organic growth strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into growth recommendations
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong plus
