PPC agency
in Dubai
Most imported ad accounts here are scheduled against a calendar and a working week that do not exist in the UAE. It is the cheapest large improvement available in this market.

A PPC agency in Dubai plans, builds and runs your paid search and paid social and answers for what they return. Locally the decisive work is scheduling and language — matching campaigns to the UAE working week, the Ramadan calendar, and an audience that searches in two languages.
What running paid media in the UAE actually involves
Five things that differ from the Western defaults most ad accounts are set up with. The first two are calendar; the rest are audience.
- The working week is not Monday to Friday
- The UAE weekend is Saturday and Sunday, with a shortened FridayThe federal government moved to a four-and-a-half-day week in January 2022. Ad schedules copied from a European account are pacing against the wrong days.
- Ramadan moves every year
- Roughly eleven days earlier each Gregorian yearBehaviour, timing and response change substantially during it. A schedule set once against last year’s dates will be wrong this year, and more wrong the year after.
- Your audience searches in two languages
- Arabic campaigns are far less contested than EnglishCheaper clicks for the same intent — provided you can serve an Arabic-speaking customer once they respond.
- Demand arrives from across the Gulf
- Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, not just the UAEWorth targeting deliberately where you can service it, and worth excluding deliberately where you cannot.
- Advertising content is regulated
- UAE rules restrict what claims may be madeStandards differ from Western norms in ways imported creative frequently breaches without anyone intending to.
We check the first two in the opening hour of any audit. They are the changes that cost nothing and most often move the account.
Where UAE accounts lose money
Four places. The first is nearly universal in accounts set up from outside the region.
Scheduling built for another region
Day-parting and budget pacing inherited from a European or American account, applied to a different working week and a moving religious calendar. It is invisible in the dashboard and it quietly misallocates a meaningful share of the budget every month.
Costs nothing to fixMeasurement that stops at the form
If the account cannot see which enquiries became customers, bidding optimises toward whoever fills in forms most readily. Cheap clicks make this harder to notice here, because the monthly waste never reaches a number that prompts a review.
Low CPC hides thisAdvertising in one language only
English-only campaigns concede the Arabic side of the same market to a much smaller field of competitors. The clicks are cheaper for equivalent intent. The precondition is being able to serve the customer in Arabic afterwards.
Cheaper clicks, same intentTargeting a region you cannot service
Untargeted campaigns attract enquiries from across the Gulf that you may not be licensed or able to fulfil. Every one of those was paid for. Deciding your geography explicitly costs nothing and removes the whole category of waste.

How we take over an account
Audit, then a written finding
Where the spend went, how it is scheduled, what it produced past the form fill, and what we would change. Specific enough to act on without us, and yours whether or not you hire us.
Fix the calendar, then the measurement
Scheduling corrected to the UAE working week and the current Ramadan dates first, because it is free and immediate. Then conversions wired back from your CRM so bidding optimises toward revenue rather than form volume.
Then decide language and geography
Arabic campaigns where you can service them, and explicit regional targeting matched to where you can actually deliver. Both are decisions to make deliberately rather than defaults to inherit.
Cheap clicks are not cheap customers. UAE costs per click sit well below Western equivalents, which is a real advantage and also the reason poorly targeted accounts survive here for years — the monthly number never looks alarming enough for anyone to open the account and check.
Questions
- How should we schedule ads around the UAE working week?
- Against the actual week, not an inherited one. The UAE moved to a four-and-a-half-day working week in January 2022, with the weekend on Saturday and Sunday and a shortened Friday. Accounts imported from Europe or the US are frequently pacing budget into days when your buyers are not working.
- How does Ramadan affect our campaigns?
- Substantially, and differently each year — the dates move roughly eleven days earlier annually against the Gregorian calendar. Activity patterns and the times people are online shift, and response to certain categories changes markedly. A schedule set against last year’s dates and left alone will be progressively wrong.
- Should we run Arabic-language campaigns?
- If you can serve an Arabic-speaking customer after they respond, yes — competition is thinner and clicks are cheaper for the same commercial intent. If your sales process is English-only, running Arabic ads generates enquiries you will handle poorly, which costs you money and goodwill at once.
- How do you charge for account management?
- No. We charge a flat fee for management, take nothing from media, and you hold the accounts. A percentage model pays the agency more for spending more of your money, and at low UAE click costs it also encourages volume over quality. If we part ways you keep every campaign and all the data.
- Can we advertise across the Gulf from Dubai?
- Technically yes, and it is worth doing where you can genuinely fulfil the demand. Confirm first that your licence permits it and that you can service customers in those markets. Attracting enquiries you must decline is the most avoidable form of wasted spend there is.
